Chapters Transcript Video Prudence's story -- UC Davis Children's Hospital Prudence had two healthy babies, who both passed away shortly after birth without medical explanation. UC Davis researches investigated her case for more than two years and uncovered a new gene mutation that may provide hope to other couples. Updated right. And I think it brought closure for all of us. I mean, certainly for the parents, but for us, as the providers who took care of her to be able to say okay, we have a reason why this happened and to then be able to put this out there so that potentially could help other couples who have gone through this.
